We collectively demand the following of Metropolitan Management Co.:

  • Pay the minimum balance of  $2121.57 owed to Seattle Public Utilities as soon as possible and no later than 8/5/2024.

  • Pay the total owed balance of $6646.63 by 8/16/2024. 

  • Pay all utility bills on time, from 8/6/2024 onward in perpetuity.

  • Send proof of payment for all future utility bills within 24 hours of payment being sent, to the following email: stephensbergresidents@gmail.com

  • Complete all maintenance requests within 10 days of being notified per RCW 59.18.070. 

Complete all backlogged maintenance requests as soon as possible and no later than 8/31/2024.
